In line with Future University in Egypt (FUE)’s commitment to early technology education and preparing future ready generations, the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology (FCIT) announces the organization of Future Minds: Artificial Intelligence Learning Workshop for School Students. This educational initiative is designed to introduce school students to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence through a simplified, engaging, and hands-on learning experience that encourages creativity and innovation.
The workshop targets school students aged 10 to 20 years and requires no prior technical knowledge. The content is carefully structured to accommodate different age groups and learning levels, focusing on developing curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. All activities will be conducted inside the advanced laboratories of the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology at Future University in Egypt, allowing students to experience a real university learning environment.
The Artificial Intelligence learning workshop covers a wide range of essential topics aligned with global trends in technology education. These include an introduction to Artificial Intelligence concepts and everyday applications, an overview of machine learning workflows, basic prompt engineering, interactive educational games, and practical challenges designed to stimulate innovation and teamwork.
Participants will also engage in hands-on AI projects, enabling them to transform ideas into simple, real-world digital solutions. In addition, the workshop emphasizes AI ethics and safety, raising early awareness about responsible and secure use of modern technologies.
The Future Minds: AI Learning Workshop will take place on Saturday, 7 February 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology labs, Future University in Egypt. The workshop will host a limited number of participants to ensure effective and highly interactive learning experience.
This initiative reflects Future University in Egypt’s vision to support early exposure to Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies, inspire school students to explore future academic pathways in computer science and AI, and equip them with the skills needed for the rapidly evolving digital world.
